Orders and Cancellations Policy
1. Placing an Order
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. This means your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
Prepaid Orders: All purchases made on Anu’s Organic Store are prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). No additional payment is required at the time of delivery.
Pricing: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST and shipping charges. You won’t have to pay any hidden or extra fees.
Order Review: Please double-check your order details—such as product selection, quantity, and shipping address—before confirming your purchase
2. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Secure Payments: All online transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways to ensure your safety.
OTP Safety: Please do not share any payment OTP or verification code with anyone. Only share the delivery OTP directly with our delivery partner during order handover, if required.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
Prepaid Deliveries Only: Since shipping charges are included in product prices, you don’t need to make any payments at the time of delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Not Satisfied with Your Product? If you experience any issues or are unhappy with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and provide a solution within 24 hours.
